You confirm that the product(s) or service(s) ordered by you are purchased for your internal/personal consumption or commercial resale. All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are listed on the site by us. Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your cart. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve the price shown at that time. It is also possible that an item's price may decrease between the time you place it in your basket and the time you purchase it.

YOU AGREE THAT ANY ARBITRATION WILL TAKE PLACE ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS; CLASS ARBITRATIONS AND CLASS ACTIONS ARE NOT PERMITTED AND YOU ARE AGREEING TO GIVE UP THE ABILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.

These Terms of conditions will be governed by and construed under the laws of the Peoples Republic of Bangladesh without regard to conflicts of law principles.

Cash On Delivery and Payment in Advance

Islampur Market offers Cash on delivery service through Pathao and Islampur Market Delivery. 

If a customer willingly wants to get their products delivered by any other delivery company, then the customer must make payment in advance to get their products delivered.  

Booking Orders

Customers can book a product of their choice for 30 calendar days through Islampur Market by paying Islampur Market a minimum payment of 30% of the entire Sales Order. 

In such case, the customer must take delivery of the Sales Order within 30 calendar days. If the customer fails to do so, the Sales Order may be void and customer may not be entitled to any products or monetary refund. 

If the customer fails to pay 30% of the entire Sales Order to book the product, the Sales Order may be void and customer may not be entitled to any products or monetary refund.
